How We Work
A few things we mean by "senior"
- You've shipped systems to production and been on-call for them.
- You can scope work with a client without a project manager translating.
- You default to writing things down — RFCs, architecture notes, runbooks.
- You've worked in one or more of: manufacturing, fintech, healthtech, adtech, logistics, or retail.
